Winter cranberry tea

I bet there is someone in your workplace or family having a cold right now. Make yourself a cup of winter cranberry tea full of vitamin C! If you know me or follow my instagram you would be already aware how much I love tea. There is one of my winter favourites.

Ingredients:

  • 300g fresh cranberries
  • 1 orange
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2l water

How:

Cut orange and lemon into thin slices. Put everything, but lemon, into one big saucepan. Once tea starts to boil, bring the temperature down and let lightly simmer for about 30 mins. On the very end throw in some lemon.  Tadaaa! That´s literally it. How easy was that? When filling the cup, pour over the sieve.
